  • About Me

    Getting my son talking

My son was born with very poor hearing. He has had a range of ear operations over the past few years. He didn't start talking until he was three years old, and it was such a beautiful sound when I first heard his voice. I was so worried after hearing all of the other kids in my son's playgroup chatting away that I would never hear him talk. We still might have a few more operations ahead of him, but I know we are on the right track. This blog explores our journey and is designed to help other parents navigating the world of ENT issues.
